Extracurricular Activities Private lessons are now available in art,
vocal and instrumental music. Other activities and clubs are available to
students including drama, speech, yearbook, interscholastic sports,
cheerleading, band, chorus, choral ensemble, missions council, chess club, math
team, Granite State Challenge, student government, and National Honor Society.
School Lunch
Calvary Christian School offers students the opportunity to order hot lunch,
drinks and snacks each day. The menu, from which students may order, is changed
quarterly. Lunch orders are taken from the homeroom teacher each morning and
delivered to elementary students at lunch time.
Other
Calvary Christian School also offers a full computer lab, library, gymnasium,
science lab, music lab, and two sports fields for the students. A full-time
nurse is on duty as well as a part-time guidance counselor which will meet
students' needs.
After School Supervision (Day Care and After Care)
Calvary Christian School offers an extended Daycare Program. This program is
designed to help working parents by providing supervised activities for children
in grades 4K through 8. Hours are 11:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. on school days only.
Day Care and After Care may be used regularly or on a day-by-day basis. “All”
students in grades 4K through 8 who are in the building or on the property of
CCS after school (2:45PM) must either be under the direct care of their
parent/guardian or signed into the After Care program.
The cost of the program is $3.00 per 1/2 hour any portion of an hour thereof.
Payments may be made to the School Office.
*Please Note: Parents of students left in After School Supervision past 5:30
will be charged a $15 fee and may lose the privilege to use the program.
